Publication of Final Terms

The Final Terms in relation to the issue of £350,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 8 October 2025 (the "Notes") under the Metro Bank PLC £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") is available for viewing.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 17 September 2019 relating to the Programme, as supplemented on 2 October 2019 (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
