Notifiable Holdings
Metal Tiger plc (LON:MTR) the London Stock Exchange AIM listed investor in strategic natural resource opportunities is pleased to confirm to market the following information.
Notifiable Holdings:
On 14 December 2015 the Company announced that Non-Executive Chairman Terry Grammer was personally investing £240,000 to acquire 30m Metal Tiger shares. The payment was received and then subsequently 30m new ordinary shares were issued, as confirmed to market, on 23 December 2015.
This acquisition of Metal Tiger shares gave Mr Grammer a holding of 8.01% in the entire issued share capital. When there is a material change in the issued share capital the Company confirms the proportionate holdings of previous notifiable holders.
