Director Shareholding
The Board of Capcon announces that it was notified on 14 December 2010 that, on 14 December 2010, Kenneth Dulieu, Chairman of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in Capcon ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.0 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result the shareholding of Kenneth Dulieu has increased to 6,095,225 Ordinary Shares representing 50.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Following the above share purchase the revised holdings of the directors of Capcon are as follows:
