The Company has been informed on 10 December 2009 that Paul Ashton transferred 1,526,016 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Paul Jackson, a director of Capcon at a price of 6p per share. Subsequently on the same day, Paul Jackson transferred 3,412,025 Ordinary Shares to Ken Dulieu, also a director of the Company at a price of 6p per share. The agreement to make these transfers was originally notified in an announcement issued by the Company on 17 September 2009.
Following these transactions, the following shares are held by the above parties:
