No payment forthe shares is required from Ian Peacock, it being an element of his totalremuneration each year. The third tranche of 31,898 shares for the period ended on 17 November 2005 hasnow been transferred to Ian Peacock on 18 November 2005. The total ordinary 50p shareholding held by Ian Peacock after this announcementis 169,860 shares, equivalent to 0.236% of the issued share capital, currently71,927,081 ordinary 50p shares.
