Further to the Company's announcement of the 2nd August and the completion of the selective buyback of shares, the Company confirms that Mr A Carroll, Technical Director of Mosman now has a beneficial interest in 2,076,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.01% of the total voting rights in the Company. He also holds an interest over options over 2,500,000 Ordinary shares. These comprise of:
i) 1,000,000 options with an exercise price of AUD$0.15 and an expiry date of 13 January 2019
ii) 1,500,000 options with an exercise price of AUD$0.58 and an expiry date of 28 November 2017
