Statement Regarding Suspension

Management Resource Solutions Plc (the "Company") is currently preparing its consolidated accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 and the audit process has revealed a number of operational and financial matters that require review. Whilst these are being investigated, the Company has requested that its ordinary shares of €0.01 each be suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect pending clarification of its financial position.
A further announcement regarding the Company's current trading and operations will be made once the board and auditors have concluded their investigation.
