Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS) ("the Company") announces that further to the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 February, a Court Order confirming the cancellation of the Share Premium Account has been made in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006. This Court Order has been registered by the Registrar of Companies and is effective as of today's date.
