Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Group" or the "Company"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that Alex Dacre, Marlowe's Chief Executive, has today purchased 3,344 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 597 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Alex Dacre is now interested in 4,683,846 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.89% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
