Marchpole Holdings PLC01 September 2006 1 September 2006Marchpole Holdings plc(the "Company") Directors' Shareholdings - UPDATE Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Company announces that, on31 August 2006, Harvey Shulman and Raymond Harris, Directors, acquired 460,000ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 25,000Ordinary Shares respectively amounting to, in aggregate, 485,000 Ordinary Sharesat a price of 21.75 pence per share.
