NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
PDMR SHAREHOLDING
On 26 September 2024, the executors acting on behalf of the estate of the late Mrs M M Hadsley-Chaplin ('Mrs Hadsley-Chaplin's estate') distributed a total of 1,928,254 shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') out of Mrs Hadsley-Chaplin's estate (reducing the holding to nil) to members of her family, including the distribution of 586,084 Shares to Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin, the Chairman of the Company. Following the transfer of the 586,084 Shares to Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin, he beneficially owns a total of 2,147,801 shares of 10p in the Company (4.07%).
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended ("UK MAR").
