Director's Dealings
The Company announces that on 20 March 2009 it had received notification that, on 20 March 2009, the following directors made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
James Leek, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 22 pence per share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Leek following the purchase is now 905,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8.70% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
Michael Stone, Non executive Director, purchased 49,598 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21 pence per share. The beneficial interest of Mr. Stone following the purchase is now 49,598 Ordinary Shares representing 0.48% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
