Director Disclosure
Mi-Pay (AIM: MPAY), announces that it has been informed by Edward Lascelles, Non Executive Director, of the following matters requiring disclosure pursuant to AIM Rule 17.
On 18 September 2014, administrators were appointed to Helveta Limited, a company that Edward Lascelles was a Director of. Helveta Limited was subsequently dissolved on 18 June 2015.
On 26 August 2015, administrators were appointed to Rostima Limited, a company that Edward Lascelles was a director of until his resignation on 30 March 2015. Rostima Limited (latterly known as R938 Limited) was dissolved on 26 November 2016.
