Moss Bros Group PLC05 June 2006 Notification of Interests of Directors Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") advises that, in accordance with theremuneration strategy approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 March2006, Mr Philip Mountford, Chief Executive, was granted an option ("an Option")by the Company over 936,936 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") onThursday 1 June May 2006. The Exercise price fixed at the time of grant was83.25 pence per Share and this Option will be exercisable between 2009 and 2016.Mr Philip Mountford has a total of 2,202,428 Shares over which options are heldfollowing this notification. In addition, at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 29 March 2006, a retentionplan for Philip Mountford was established under which he would be granted anincentive to acquire up to 1,000,000 Shares. The Company further advises that on Thursday 1 June 2006 Mr David Pidgeon,Trading Director for the Moss Division, was granted an Option by the Companyover 558,558 Shares. The Exercise price fixed at the time of grant was 83.25pence per Share and this option will be exercisable between 2009 and 2016.
