Director/PDMR Shareholding

Moss Bros was notified today of the following transactions by Maurice Helfgott, a director of the Company, and his connected persons:

Maurice Helfgott purchased 15,551 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 95.89 pence per Ordinary Share on the 23rd September 2014 and a further 18,638 Ordinary Shares at a price of 96.29p on the 25th September 2014.

Danielle Helfgott, wife of Maurice Helfgott and as such a connected person, purchased 15,511 Ordinary Shares at a price of 96.14 pence per Ordinary Share on the 24th September 2014.

As a result of these transactions Maurice Helfgott, and persons connected, has an interest in 399,700 Ordinary Shares.
