The Company was notified today by the following Director of the Company of the exercise of 200,042 options at nil cost per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being 130,346 Ordinary Shares granted under the Moss Bros Group 2009 LTIP plan and 69,696 Ordinary Shares granted under the deferred bonus element of the 2013/14 Annual Bonus Scheme.
The Company was also today notified by the following Director of the Company of the sale of 200,042 Ordinary Shares at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share.
