Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today of the following transactions by Maurice Helfgott, a Non-Executive Director, and his connected persons.
Maurice Helfgott sold a total of 14,793 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") and repurchased them into his personal ISA.
Danielle Helfgott, wife of Maurice Helfgott and as such a connected person, sold 7,269 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") and repurchased them into her personal ISA.
The transactions for Maurice Helfgott and Danielle Helfgott involved a sale and purchase at an average price of 99.5625p per share.
As a result of these transfers, the total beneficial holding of Maurice Helfgott and his connected persons in the Company has not changed, maintaining an interest of 400,727 Shares which represents 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
