Moss Bros Group PLC29 September 2006 Change in Shareholding Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has received notice under Section 198 of theCompanies Act 1985 ("the Act") that Man Financial has an interest in and is theregistered holder of 4,555,218 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") ofthe Company. The 4,555,218 Shares represents 4.87% of the issued ordinary share capital ofthe Company. The Company has also received a separate notice under Section 198 of the Actfrom Deutsche Bank AG, stating that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiarycompanies now have an interest in 2,912,664 Shares. This notice further statesthat the Share may relate to hedging arrangements for undisclosed customertransactions. The 2,912,664 Shares represents 3.11% of the issued ordinary share capital ofthe Company.
