The Board of Mobile Streams announces that in accordance with AIM Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) an update to Roger Parry, Chairman of the Company's details.

Mr Parry was also a director of Litelogic Limited which was placed into administration on 11 February 2009. The administration was converted to Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 26 October 2009. A dividend of 9p in the £ was paid to all agreed unsecured creditors on 28 March 2011 and this equates to a deficit of £697,528.79. Mr Parry was appointed as a director of Litelogic Limited on 15 October 2008 and ceased to be a director on 9 February 2009.
