Director/PDMR Shareholding
Monitise announces that Lee Cameron, Chief Commercial Officer, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife for nil consideration on 14 December 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Cameron's beneficial interest will remain unchanged at 1,019,127 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
