NOTIFICATION OF CONSOLIDATION
Metminco Ltd (ASX : MNC; AIM : MNC) (the "Company") announces that, pending shareholder approval, it will undertake a consolidation of its issued share capital of every 50 shares into 1 (one) share (the "Consolidation"). The Company currently has 4,513,918,626 shares on issue and following the Consolidation it expects to have 90,278,373 shares on issue, subject to rounding. The resolution seeking shareholder approval for the Consolidation is to be considered at the Company's Extraordinary General meeting to be held on 20 December 2016.
A copy of the Notice of Consolidation required under the ASX Listing Rules as well as the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum can be downloaded from the Company's website www.metminco.com.au.
