Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) Transaction
Metminco Limited (Metminco or the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) was notified on 3 October 2017 by Ram Venkat, a Metminco Non-Executive Director that on 29 September 2017 he acquired 384,000 Metminco ordinary shares at a price of A$0.05/share for total consideration of A$19,200. The shares were indirectly acquired by Mr Venkat through Entreri Pty Ltd ATF Entreri Trust in which Mr Venkat is a beneficial holder.
