Director's Dealings

The Company (AIM:MNC) was notified on 27 May 2011 by William Etheridge, a Director of the Company, of the completion of the disposal of 600,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (" Ordinary Shares"). The shares were disposed of on 11 May at an average price of 27.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this disposal, Mr Etheridge now has a beneficial interest of 61,800,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.4 per cent. Of the total issued share capital of the Company.
