The Board of MMX announces that it was informed on 8 June 2015 by Frederick Krueger that following the disposal of 4,000,000 ordinary shares, Frederick Krueger is now interested in 103,981,604 ordinary shares representing approximately 12.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
