Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 29 June 2015, Daksh Gupta, CEO, and his wife Mrs M Gupta each acquired 8,135 ordinary shares of 64p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 183.0p per Ordinary Share and on 30 June 2015 each acquired 151 Ordinary Shares at the same price. Following these purchases of 16,572 Ordinary Shares, Mr Gupta has an interest in 687,712 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
