In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Alan Barber, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

Mr Barber acquired 212,485 Ordinary Shares on 6 June 2011 at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Barber has a notifiable interest in 2,024,677 Ordinary Shares representing 0.45 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
