Management Consulting Group PLC ("MCG" or the "Company"), the global professional services group, today announces that Julian Waldron has informed the Company of his decision to step down from the Company with effect from 31 December 2019. Mr Waldron is the Company's Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Mr Waldron joined the Board as an independent non-executive director in 2008. The process for recruitment of an additional independent non-executive director, with relevant experience to join the Board and Chair the Audit and Risk Committee, is already well underway. The Company intends to announce the new appointment in the early part of the New Year.
