Malvern International plc is pleased to announce that, following the completion of the fundraising that was announced of 25 June 2020, Mr Richard Christopher Mace has been appointed as a director of the Company and will act as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr. Mace, age 40, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

Mr Mace holds 86,361,334 shares in the Company at the date of his appointment representing 7.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
