Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. David Zvida, aged 44, has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Zvida is currently Chief Operating Officer of Jerusalem Economy Ltd., Industrial Building Corporation Ltd and Darban Investments Ltd, the majority shareholders of the Company. He was previously a partner at Ernst & Young, prior to which he was Chief Financial Officer of Dankner Investments Ltd.
Commenting Saydam Salaheddin, Chairman, said:
