NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' AND PDMRs' SHAREHOLDINGS PURSUANT TO DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULE 3.1.4
The Company today received notification from the Trustee of the Millennium & Copthorne Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust that share awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan made on 30 March 2009 had vested in full.
