RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed.
A summary of proxy votes has been announced through RNS and will be shortly available on the Company's website, www.mucklow.com.
