DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

A & J Mucklow Group plc has made the following conditional awards to Executive Directors of the Company's Ordinary shares of 25p each under the Company's 2015 Performance Share Plan, pursuant to a recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee on 7 December 2015.

The vesting of these awards will be subject to performance conditions over a three year period and a two year holding period as described in the Circular to shareholders dated 30 September 2015.
