A & J MUCKLOW GROUP PLCDIRECTOR APPOINTMENT
A & J Mucklow Group plc, the Midlands based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is pleased to announce that James Retallack will be appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 June 2018.
He will join the Company's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Mr Retallack, a solicitor, was Senior Partner at Edge & Ellison (now Squire Patton Boggs LLP) until 2001. He joined Aggregate Industries plc in 2001 as Group Resources Director and latterly Legal and Compliance Director, as a Board and Executive Committee member, until he left the company in 2011. He is a currently a director of two private property companies.
There are no matters under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules to be disclosed.
