Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc (the "Company") 19 March 2014 Final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013 Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that the Directors will berecommending a final dividend, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2013,of 3.25 pence per share (comprising 1.5 pence from capital and 1.75 pence fromincome), to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to beheld in May 2014. If approved, the dividend will be paid on 14 May 2014 to shareholders on theregister on 22 April 2014. Irrespective of the tax year in which they wish to invest, investors whoseapplications to subscribe for shares, under the Mobeus VCTs' Linked Offer, arereceived on or before 12.00 noon on 4 April 2014, will qualify to receive thisdividend.
