Board changes
The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc has been giving consideration to succession planning and is pleased to announce the appointment of Clive Boothman as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2015.
Mr Boothman was with Schroders from 1983 - 2000 during which time he was Managing Director, Investment Funds for ten years and Managing Director, Private Client Group for the final two years. Since leaving Schroders, he has been Chief Executive of Gerrard Limited (2000-2001) and Cofunds Limited (2002-2003), London Representative, Jersey Finance Limited (2009-2011) and non-executive chairman of Investment Funds Direct Limited (Ascentric) in Bath (2004-December 2014). Ascentricis a comprehensive, whole-of-market wrap platform which harnesses technology to provide dealing, valuation and reporting services to IFAs and their clients.
There are no details in respect of Mr Boothman requiring disclosure under paragraphs 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
Tom Sooke has resigned as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 30 June 2015 and Catherine Wall will succeed him as Chairman with effect from 1 July 2015.
