Board Change
Mirada (AIM: MIRA), a leading provider of integrated software solutions for digital TV operators, broadcasters and streaming platforms, announces that Francis Coles has stepped down as Chairman and a director of the Company with immediate effect, due to family reasons.
José-Luis Vázquez, Chief Executive Officer of Mirada, has additionally assumed the role of Acting Chairman. A formal search process has commenced to appoint a new Chairman, and a further update will be made at the appropriate time. The Company is also seeking to appoint a further non-executive director.
José-Luis Vázquez, CEO and Acting Chairman of Mirada, commented:
