SHAREHOLDING IN MINCO PLC
Dublin, September 09, 2015 Minco Plc (AIM - "MIO") (the "Company" or "Minco") reports that it was notified on September 5, 2015 that Mr. Warren MacLeod, Director, sold 688,334 shares of Minco at Cdn$0.01999 or Euro 0.0125 per share.
Upon completion of the sale, Mr. Warren MacLeod holds no further shares of Minco.
There are currently 478,142,184 shares of Minco issued and outstanding.
