Annual Information Update for the 12 months up and including 31 July 2011
Meikles Limited (the "Company") provides an annual information update, in accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2. The information referred to in Appendix 1 in this update was up to date at the time it was published but some information may now be out of date. The information is referred to in this update, rather than included in full, to avoid an unnecessary lengthy document.
The Company's ordinary shares are listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (the primary listing) and the London Stock Exchange (standard listing).
Under Prospectus Rule 5.2, documents filed at the UK Companies House must be included in this publication. However, the Company is Zimbabwe registered only, and therefore no filings were made at the UK Companies House.
