The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLCΒ are pleased to announce that the Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 Offer for Subscription to raise Β£1.25 million, which opened on 7 December 2011, is fully subscribed and is now closed.

On 1 March 2012 the Company issued and allotted 933,698 Ordinary shares of 10 pence pursuant to the Offer, and as a result the number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 31,199,405. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 83.7p per Ordinary share.

The number of shares that could be allotted was restricted as a result of the operation of the Prospectus Rules and the remainder of the shares available under the Offer will be allotted on 5 April 2012 for the 2011/2012 tax year and 18 April 2012 for the 2012/2013 tax year.
