Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares
The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC confirm that, on 18 April 2012, the Company issued and allotted 134,182 Ordinary shares of 10 pence pursuant to the Offer, and as a result the number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 31,617,587. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 83.7p per Ordinary share.
The Offer for Subscription closed fully subscribed on 1 March 2012.
