Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC - Share Buy-back

On 1 October 2012, Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC purchased for cancellation 50,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 52.5p per share. As a result, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 25,800,663 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, witheach share carrying one voting right.

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
