The Companyhas issued 9,145,990 Ordinary shares being subscribed in full at ‚£1 per shareunder the Offer.It is the Company's objective to provide Investors with a regular and growingincome stream, by way of tax free dividends, and to generate capital growththrough portfolio realisations, which can be distributed by way of additionaltax free dividends.
