Medica Group PLC (LSE: MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), has received notification from Mr Kevin Terrins, Director of Business Development, that on 3 December 2020 he transferred a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") to his partner, Karen Freeburn, for nil consideration.
