Medica Group PLC (LSE: MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), has received notification from Mr Kevin Terrins, Director of Business Development, that on 3 December 2020 he transferred a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") to his partner, Karen Freeburn, for nil consideration.
Following this transaction, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Kevin Terrins has an interest.
