Correction Announcement Regarding the Execution of the Related Party Transaction

Further to the "Execution of the Related Party Transaction" announcement released on November 15, 2017 at 06:41 London time PJSC Magnit advises that it incorrectly stated that as of the closing date of the accounting period preceding the execution of the transaction the asset value of the issuer was 113,890,709 rubles. The correct figure is 113,890,709 thousand rubles.

The relevant paragraph in the "Execution of the Related Party Transaction" announcement is restated correctly below:
