On 1 October 2018, Mr Wood acquired 99 ordinary shares of 5p each through an automatic dividend reinvestment plan operated by Equiniti Financial Services Limited. The purchase price was 575.51 pence per share.

On 8 May 2017, Mr Wood acquired 222 ordinary shares of 5p each through an automatic dividend reinvestment plan operated by Equiniti Financial Services Limited. The purchase price was 476.50 pence per share. 

The shareholding of Mr Wood as a result of these transactions is 11,308 ordinary shares (0.0015% of issued share capital).
