Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 9th December 2009 that:

Pershing Nominees Limited on trust for Mr Jim Mellon, Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 11p per Ordinary Share on 2nd June 2009. As a result of this purchase, Pershing Nominees Limited holds, on trust for Mr Jim Mellon, 125,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr Mellon is the beneficial owner of Burnbrae Limited which holds 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 18.9% of the ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Mellon also holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.8% of the ordinary share capital of the Company in his own name.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Jim Mellon has a beneficial interest is 12,625,000 representing 19.9% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
