Resignation of Director and Conister Bank Limited to appoint new Chairman

The board of Manx Financial Group PLC announces that David Gibson, an independent non-executive director of the Group, is appointed as the Chairman of Conister Bank Limited ("Conister") following the retirement of Neil Duggan, non-executive director of the Group and Chairman of Conister. Mr Duggan has retired from all his positions within the Group following the expiration of his contract.

The Group's board would like to thank Mr Duggan for his considerable contribution to the Group and wishes him well for the future.
