Resignation of a Director
The Company announces the resignation of Mr Simon Hull from the board and as Managing Director of Conister Bank Limited ("Conister") and associated companies with immediate effect. Mr Hull will leave Conister on the 1st April 2011.
The Group is in the process of recruiting a replacement for Mr Hull and will make a further announcement in this connection in due course. During the recruitment period, Mr Douglas Grant, Finance Director of both the Group and Conister will assume the role as acting Managing Director.
