PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
DEFERRED BONUS PLAN (DBP)
VESTING OF 2015 AWARD
The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that on 26 March 2018 the awards granted in March 2015 under the Company's DBP vested, following the end of a three year deferral period and were not subject to performance conditions.
Following such vesting, the following persons (PDMRs) sold a proportion of the shares that vested in order to satisfy their income tax and national insurance liabilities arising on vesting at a price of 347.844 pence per share.
The following sets out the shares that vested on 26 March 2018, the number of shares sold and, following such sales, the respective beneficial holdings in the Company to which voting rights are attached for each of the persons listed below:
